of the Father. I believe in the Holy spirit the Lord, the giver of Life. I am not ashamed at all to be Christian. Being a Christian does not mean that I’m intolerant or hateful. I’m a Christian because I believe Christ is who He said He was. Because of personal experiences I could not logically be an atheist. I have read atheist books, none have changed my mind about God. I hope other Christians take this challenge. God Bless! … Christ Christian God Lord Forgiveness Confession Savior “Son …

We rotate too. It was my turn last weekend. I’ll also be doing the reading on Easter Sunday. I was very nervous my first time speaking in front of the church. At first I wasn’t too crazy about R.C.I.A. Then I realized it would help me a lot since I had left Christianity for years. Kids can be fun to teach. I have fun doing the arts and crafts with kids.

We rotate lectors and I it’s my turn tomorrow.. I actually don’t really like reading in front of people.. i do like teaching very much.. I am much better with a small group especially when they are children
We don’t call it RCIA of course but we do have adult membership classes.. but we slack off on it and often just give new members a pass.. I think the RCIA is a great thing as people should get eduated before they become members..

I’m taking religion classes at an all women’s college. I’m a religion minor. I read a lot too. I also have religious podcasts. I’m pretty active. I’m the lector at my church and I would love to help with R.C.I.A. one day

what kind of school did you take religion classes..? I took a great religion class at a Catholic college a few years ago.. intro into O.T. Saint Joseph’s College of Maine.. I toy with taking some more but I do read a lot. The Roman Catholic church and the Evan. Lut. Church put together a joint declaration some years ago and the Pope when Cardinal was a big part of that.. I am pretty active in my church too.. I teach confirmation (with help) and enjoy bible study..

Yeah we have come a long ways. I had to read about a lot of what happened in the past in my religion classes. I hope all of Christianity can work together. I **** seeing how split Christianity is over every little thing when we should be united in Christ. I’m ready for His return.

I was thinking of the creed when I made this. I couldn’t think of a better way to describe my beliefs.

Thanks. I’ve studied atheism and considered it too. I used to own the Satanic Bible and various books on witchcraft. I even owned a book on the theistic version of satanism. I have tried pretty much anything and everything. I’m just grateful that God is so patient because it took me forever.
