Laughter Yoga does seem goofy, but laughter really is contagious. I started laughing just watching this video.

Great job Linda. We can see the initial resistance and skepticism and then the relaxing into their own laugh and joy. That is such a miracle to behold. This video is fabulous. It really shows the process well. Well done. Kudos to all who surrendered into playfulness and joy. Yay.
